     CCS-Core Cutting Solutions provide one stop composite core kitting machines &solutions for structure core kitting facilities and manufacturers within the renewable

 

(Wind Energy ) and Marine industry.

PET foam,PVC foam balsa wood CNC chamfering machines and 3 axis,4axis, 5axis routers equipment for complex shaped core kit in the wind turbine blade leading edge

 

 

& trailing edge joints（Geometric parts).

 

 

 

 

  CCS-Core Cutting Solutions, is a family owned and engineers running company specifically design, assemble this series  CNC  machines to help composite core plants

 

 

improve  productivity.

 

 

 

 

 

 Initially, CCS provided the required 3-axis and 4-axis machines for wood carving and cutting.

 

 

 

In 2014, we developed and designed the first 5-axis machine for producing staircase handrails and wooden audio accessories.

 

 

 

In 2015, we made a cutting machine for aluminum grids, which entered the field of composite materials for the first time.

 

 

 

In 2017, the first Balsa wood cutting machine was made, which can cut 610mm*1220mm sheet into small parts.

 

 

 

Followed by a chamfering machine. These two machines replaced manual operation and increased production efficiency by over 100%. After their launch, these two

 

 

machines were highly popular in the market and quickly received a large number of orders.

 

 

 

Max bevel chamfering width is only 400MM for the circular saw chamfering machine, In order to meet customer needs, cut larger slopes, and improve production

 

 

efficiency, we have launched a band saw chamfering machine, which can chamfer up to 500mm.

 

 

 

At the beginning of 2018, we made a major decision to abandon the woodworking machinery field and focus on developing composite core material cutting and

 

 

processing machines.

 

 

 

In 2018, we launched a rotating saw blade cutting machine for irregular parts.

 

 

 

 

 

In 2019, we launched PVC foam PET foam automated four edge cutting machine for PET foam manufacturers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

With the cooperation of the material factory, we continue to extend our product line upwards. In 2021, we launched a heat sealing block machine(sheets welding into

 

 

 

block) and a vertical slicer(block become sheets) and  CCS heat sealing welding machine received a order from one of  top 2 PET foam core manufacturer in the world.

 

 

 

 

 

Our initial products, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis routers, also came into use on carving irregular parts, especially for wind turbine blade leading

 

 

edge joints and trailing edge joint The irregular foam core or balsa core at the joint.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In this way, we have built a completed production line, which can provide both a complete production line for the PET foam, PVC foam manufacturers and

 

 

 

efficiency  improvement  machines for the core material kitting facilities.

 

 

 

 

In 2023, With the strong cooperation of our suppliers and customers in China, EU, USA, Mexico, CCS technical team has completed our Apollo Project, launching a

 

 

series of new machines suitable for Composite  core kit machining, PET foam core finishing. These machines including: 3nd generation PET foam block welding

 

 

 

machine(world leader non-contact welding), full angle  chamfering machine(inclued diagonal cutting), PET foam  slotting(groove)&PET foam punching hole(perforated )

 

machines.

 

 

 

 

Which is also  including new generation four sides CNC cutting machine, bevel cutting machine, shaped  foam core  specific 5 axis routers.

 

 

 

 

CCS has broken down every composite core kit production link and designed corresponding machinery, with cost-performance ratios and production efficiency

 

 

far surpassing those of common 5-axis  machines.

 

 

 

 

 

 

CCS now have three series  Kitter Helpers™，MFG Master™ and APEXCNC™.

 

 

 

 

 

CCS has become a key player for processing machinery in the field of composite core materials. Our direct and indirect customers include over 50 manufacturers and

 

 

core kit kiting  plants, including 3A and TPI.

 

 

 

 

Eleven years have passed,  CCS  are still in the facility where we first started, which looks quite rudimentary. However,we are now able to provide top-tier machines and

 

 

 

a complete  set of  PET PVC foam and other core material  comprehensive solutions.
