All kitting facilities need this machine after getting the PET Foam sheets PVC Sheet from the manufacturer and slicing the PET foam block into PET foam panels.
1. This automated machine is specially designed for trimming four edges of PVC foam sheet and PET foam sheets(2440mm*1220mm), Max thickness is 90MM, stacked sheet accepted. Other rigid foam such as PU HPE also can be cut.
2. This conveyorized cutting system can be used as a production line for PET foam continuous production.
3. Automated loading and unloading foam sheets.
4. Productivity is 30m³ (1000 Cubic Foot) in per hour. Four saw CNC cutting at the same time. More stable and efficient than abrasive wire foam cutter.
5. Reduction of waste. Reduction the risk of human error and minimizes re-work and scrap, standardization, ensures higher quality, and greater control over the production process.
6. Waste automated collection equipped.
7. Stack sheets can be cut one time, max thickness 90MM.
8. Precision dimension accuracy ±0.2mm, diagonal error ±0.15mm.
9. Protective net at the end of the saw blade stoke.
10. Dust collection: typically has air ducts to suck up the chips and dust created. They can be piped to a stand-alone or full shop dust collection system.
11. Cutting the PET foam, PVC Foam into regular shape to fill the wind turbine blade.
