All core kitting facilities need this machine after getting the PET blocks from the manufacturer.
1. This automated machine is specially designed for trimming four edges of Balsa wood sheets(1220mm*610mm), Max thickness is 80MM, stacked sheet accepted.
2. This conveyorized cutting system can be used as a production line for continuous production. Automated loading and unloading foam sheets.
3. Productivity is 10m³ (353 Cubic Foot) in per hour. Four saw CNC cutting at the same time. More stable and efficient than abrasive wire foam cutter.
4. Reduction of waste. Reduction the risk of human error and minimizes re-work and scrap, standardization, ensures higher quality, and greater control over the production process.
5. Waste automated collection equipped.
6. Stack sheets can be cut one time, max thickness 80MM.
7. Precision dimension accuracy ±0.2mm, diagonal error ±0.15mm.
8. Protective net at the end of the saw blade stoke.
9. Dust collection: typically has air ducts to suck up the chips and dust created. They can be piped to a stand-alone or full shop dust collection system.
10. Cutting the balsa wood core material into regular shape to fill the wind turbine blade.
