Features

1. This automated machine is specially designed for composite core kit cutting PET foam sheet (Max width 1250mm), PVC foam sheet (Max1250mm). Cutting standard sheet into small parts and irregular parts.
2. This conveyorized cutting system can be used as a production line for continuous production.
3. Productivity is 80m³ (2824 Cubic Foot) in per hour. More stable and efficient than  abrasive wire foam cutter.
4. Reduction of waste. Reduction the risk of human error and minimizes re-work and scrap, standardization, ensures higher quality, and greater control over the production process.
5. Saw blade swing angle ±20°.
6. Stack sheets can be cut one time, max thickness 220MM.
7. Precision: ±1/1000mm.
8. Protective net at the end of the saw blade stoke.
9. Dust collection: typically has air ducts to suck up the chips and dust created. They can be piped to a stand-alone or full shop dust collection system.
